Saap Saap BBQ, run with love by Clinton Spruill & Amy Watson combines both their styles of cooking, southern bbq and Laos food. We were tasked with bringing their identity to life when they first started doing popups in Nashville, now they’re in their first physical space and Harding House Brew in L&L Market on the West Side.

Much of their food and style is driven by the use of their smoker and they absolutely love being BBQ people! We had to make sure we showcased their smoky and spicy side. We created a set of custom illustrations to accompany their brand identity to use throughout their menus and merch.

A lot of their influence comes from southern cuisine, think meat & three menus, with the addition of traditional Lao dishes and flavors. It’s the comfort food you want to eat everyday!
